Debra Boggess joined Healthcare Placement Group, Inc. (HPG) in 1999 and is currently working as the Director of Candidate Services.

Debra has over 26 years in healthcare experience. Prior to joining HPG, Debra worked for 20 years for Tenet HealthSystem, gaining experience in the areas of Health Information Systems, Administration, Admissions, Laboratory/Microbiology/Pathology, Emergency Department, PCU/ICU/CCU, John Rader Institute Eating Disorder Unit, and Gero-Psychiatry.

During her tenure with John Rader Institute Eating Disorder Unit, Debra was instrumental in implementing the program from its beginning under the guidelines of John Rader Institute.

Debra initiated process improvements in various departments resulting in higher efficiency and accuracy. While working in the laboratory, Debra headed several Red Cross Blood Drives and was awarded for record attendance each time.

Debra prepared all departments for JCAHO review several times during her time with Tenet.

Debra attended Middlesex College in Connecticut where she received a degree in Health Sciences.
